Welcome to Bridgewood

Located in Northwest San Antonio between FM 471 and Shaenfield Rd., Bridgewood is a community of approximately 2500 homes. Bridgewood encompasses five areas, Bridgewood, Bridgegwood Estates, Bridgewood Villas, Bridgewood Ranch and Bridgewood Meadows. Collectively we make up the Homeowners Association.

Bridgewood has been recognized as having one of the most active HOA in the City of San Antonio. As a community we are active with National Night Out events, numerous community events and Citizens on Patrol. Our community events are geared to bringing neighbors together. The community boasts two parks, equipped with a swimming pool and soccer fields. Our facilities are available for the exclusive use by residents and their guest.

As an HOA we strive to meet the needs of our residents while working diligently to maintain property values.

* 2009 Total assessments are $230.00, which can be sent in 2 installments, if you are current with your payments, and are due by Jan 31, 2009, and by February 28, 2009. Please remit full payment prior to February 28, 2009 to avoid late charges
